Professor Aaron Bobick Visited School of Software, Tsinghua University

On the afternoon of March 29, Professor Aaron Bobick, Dean of McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis, and Teresa Sarai, Assistant Dean for International Relations, visited the School of Software. Prof. Jianmin Wang, Dean of the School of Software, Prof. Shixia Liu, Vice Dean of the School of Software, and Prof. Lin Liu attended the reception.

Wang Jianmin welcomed the arrival of Aaron Bobick and his delegation, and introduced the history of discipline development and scientific research of the School of Software at Tsinghua University. The two sides had an in-depth exchange on the current development status and development experience of software engineering, and discussed the topics of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big language modeling, sharing insights and experiences with each other.

Aaron Bobick acknowledged the achievements of the School of Software in scientific research and introduced the international student research internship program at Washington University in St. Louis, hoping to take this opportunity to promote exchanges between the two sides.
